1. About these terms
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the BGV CRM Portal ("the Portal") operated by Sutantraa Consulting India Pvt Ltd ("Sutantraa", "we"). The Portal is used to manage background verification, onboarding and related employment records. By signing in or uploading information you agree to these terms.
2. Accounts and access
- Accounts are created by an administrator or the HR team. Public registration is not available.
- You must keep your password confidential and tell us at once if you think someone else has used your account.
- You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend or block an account that is misused, or where a verification has been cancelled.
3. Information you provide
- You confirm that all details, documents and photographs you submit are true, complete and belong to you.
- Submitting false, altered or someone else's documents may lead to rejection of your verification and may be reported to the hiring organisation.
- Only upload the documents requested. Files must be in the allowed formats and sizes shown in the Portal.
4. Consent to verification
By uploading your documents and details you authorise Sutantraa to verify them, which may include contacting educational institutions, previous employers, referees, banks and government or public records, to the extent required for your background verification.
5. Acceptable use
- Do not attempt to access data that is not yours, bypass security, or interfere with the Portal.
- Staff may only view and use candidate information for the verification and onboarding purpose it was collected for.
- Do not upload malicious files or content that is unlawful.
6. Confidentiality
Verification results and personal information in the Portal are confidential. Users must not copy, share or disclose them except as their role requires and the law permits.
7. Availability and changes
We try to keep the Portal available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may update features, or these terms, from time to time. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Sutantraa is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the Portal, or from delays caused by third parties such as institutions or employers that we contact during verification.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka have jurisdiction over any dispute.
